25 Deep Boldness

Mantra is for the people who realize that if you are on a higher vibration (feeling happy, energized, fulfilled, moved, hyped) you have a better experience when facing the world. The first few minutes are designed to get you centered and focused; the rest of the time is to move your vibration to get you into the peak state of well-being ready to attack the world!

This week we have music from Waldo Jeffers,  VMK, SplitBrain.

Take a few moments to anchor yourself by feeling the space where you connect with the earth. It may be your feet, it may be your seat it may be both. Breathe into this space and know that you are safe, you are whole, and that you are firmly in this present moment.

This is the moment of power. The past and the future are only figments of your mind. This is the moment where you create your reality.  In John Anster’s very free translation of Faust he writes:

“Then indecision brings its own delays,

And days are lost lamenting over lost days.

Are you in earnest?

Seize this very minute;

What you can do, or dream you can do, begin it;

Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.”

What is it that you have been putting off? What dreams have you been hiding? What is obscuring your light? Many times we feel like we have to take what we can get or take what we are given. The truth is our job is to be happy and do no harm.

We do not have to allow people into our lives who suck out our joy. We do not have to worry about every penny coming in. We do not have to dim our light so that the world will accept us.

What you can do, or dream you can do, begin it! It starts with a allowing yourself to dream. It continues letting go of the negative voices within you and around you and stepping out in boldness. There lies the magic.

Glenda the Good said it best, “You have always had the power dear.”

Your life probably won’t change overnight. It is by making decisions that make you happy that will move you towards your dreams. Stop the indecision, stop lamenting over lost days!

Listen to Marianne Williamson as she says

“We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.”
Take these next few moments to dream, to edit out the negative voices within you. Know that you are creating this life! Know that you are loved!

My name is JP Adkins and this is my Mantra!

  1. Just listened to it returning home in my car. If I was asked to describe it in one word? after a lot of thought, I’ve come up with “bold”. It’s certainly invigorating for the mind but it has a certain sharpness to it which I found centering, I felt calm but still alert. Not sure about the brilliant, georgeous, talented and fabulous bit yet – but I’m working on it (lol). I have my personal favourites, that appeal to me more than.others, not sure why? I suppose it just personal taste. For me, the first Mantra has always energised me and even when I was ill, I still listened, cannot imagine not starting my day without it.

    • That is the beauty of the path, my dear. You may hear something that truly resonates with you yet others may hear something truly different. I will have to go back to 1 and relisten.
