Mantra is for the people who realize that if you are on a higher vibration (feeling happy, energized, fulfilled, moved, hyped) you have a better experience when facing the world. The first few minutes are designed to get you centered and focused; the rest of the time is to move your vibration to get you into the peak state of well-being ready to attack the world!
We start by finding a nice comfortable position, perhaps with our feet firmly on the ground and with our back straight. We take a few deep breaths and allow ourselves to relax. We feel the tension slowly being pushed out of our bodies starting at the top of our head, passing over our shoulders, out through our fingers and over our hips, down our thighs, over our calves till finally escaping through our feet into mother earth, spreading through our roots, and making our connection stronger.
As we take another breath in, we focus ourselves inward; letting each breath take us deeper and deeper till we find our center. This is the place which holds your true self. It is a safe place for you. Are there walls? If so what are they made of? Maybe it is a beautiful place you have been to before. Perhaps, it has a scent, perhaps serene sounds like a babbling brook or a cool breeze rustling through the leaves on a warm summer’s day. This is your space and as individual as you are. The important thing about this place is that when you are here it makes you feel peaceful and whole. For in truth, you are always perfect, whole, and complete just as you are. This place reminds you that you mustn’t do anything to be more perfect. Explore this place till you are inspired to take on the world, and return here often throughout your journey.
