“We are the creators of reality, not the facers of reality” Abraham Hicks
I don’t think it has been a secret that I have had a challenging month. Between those pesky feelings showing up and some technical issues that have me scrambling for sanity, I have been feeling drained and really downtrodden. Isn’t it glorious to know that life has peaks and valleys? Yeah I don’t always buy it either.
Sometimes it is hard to see that everything is working out for you. Sometimes you are spending too much time in reality and not enough time on the reality you want. There are two truths in every situation. I do not have the money to pay my rent. In the past ____ years, I have survived somehow. I will survive this also.
It is somehow forgotten that the Universe is always conspiring for our greater good. Sometimes things seem to fall apart in order to rebuild them better and stronger than before. What are the lessons we can learn from this experience? What are some ways we can grow? Does this feel good to me? Then I am somehow off my path and need to reconnect to Source.
I find that many times when I am feeling upset in my life, I realize that I haven’t meditated in a while. I have spent too much time running and doing and not just being. I haven’t spent a few moments counting blessings before bed. I haven’t woken up with gratitude for the ability to create another day. I am so wrapped up with the problem that I can’t align vibrationally to the solution.
I heard a great quote the other day from Cindy Lippert: “There is nothing wrong with you, you are just a lazy bitch!” How many times do you find that to be true in your spiritual practice? You know what you have to do but just haven’t done it.
SO TODAY I ASK YOU TWO QUESTIONS:
What do you do when you are feeling overwhelmed?
Have you found that there are ways you have been spiritually lazy that has led you to here?
Remember: You Design Your Life! What are you seeing?
You Are Loved!
